  "As our retirement approaches we chose to make the move to Attiva.
  We have been here about 7 months and are happy with our new home.
  The apartment is very nice and comfortable, and we enjoy the security of a gated community. Our neighbors are very friendly and like to wave and visit during their dog walking adventures. The complex is pleasingly quiet in the evenings. There are lots of activities at the clubhouse, which seem to be well attended. With our work schedule we are usually unable to attend, but our Grandson does enjoy being taken for hot chocolate when he visits. We use the exercise room several times a week and have thoroughly enjoyed the accessibility and the quality of the equipment. We are looking forward to enjoying the hot tub and pool this summer.
  The office staff is always very welcoming and helpful.
  All in all we are very happy at Attiva Denton. "
